Apple 被迫在網站刊出「三星沒侵權」澄清啟示！

英國早前審理 iPad 跟 Galaxy Tab 專利案，結果 Apple 敗了！當時英國法官說：「三星沒有侵權！三星產品不夠Apple 酷！」引來一時佳話。可惜最後法官要求 Apple 要在首頁刊登「澄清聲明」，而 Apple 也必須要理行。現在 Apple 英國網站最下方可看到有關的聲明，非常簡單地說這 “Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9 and Tab 7.7 do not infringe Apple’s Community registered design No. 0000181607-0001.” ，相當中性，不失 Apple 的風格。
